# Inbox Rewards Online
## Terms, Privacy and Platform Policies

Prepared: 10 September 2026 · Version 1.0 · Proposed policies for owner and legal review

This pack contains separate website policies: Terms and Conditions; Privacy and Data Protection Policy; Cookie Policy; and Withdrawals, Premium Cancellation and Refund Policy. An implementation schedule follows the policies and is not intended as website copy.

**Publication status:** Ghana is the assumed primary market and governing jurisdiction. The operating entity, website address, contacts, providers and operational settings have not been verified. The provisions below are proposed commitments to adopt and implement, not a statement that the existing website already satisfies them. Publish only after completing the implementation schedule and obtaining appropriate Ghanaian legal review. Set the effective date to the actual publication date.

# 1. Terms and Conditions

## 1.1 About these Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of Inbox Rewards Online, including its website, member accounts, reward opportunities, referral programme, premium services and related support services. “Platform” means these services. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to the legal operator identified on the Platform’s Legal and Contact page. “You” means the individual using the Platform.

Before registration or purchase, you can access the operator’s legal name, business status, registration information where applicable, service address and contact details through that page. Inbox Rewards Online is the service brand; the identified legal operator is your contracting party.

When registering, you must actively accept these Terms. Before a paid order is completed, you must have an opportunity to review its price and conditions, correct errors and cancel the transaction. You may download or retain these Terms for your records.

The Privacy and Data Protection Policy explains how information is handled. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to optional marketing, advertising tracking or processing requiring separate consent.

## 1.2 Eligibility and account registration

You must be at least 18 years old, capable of entering into a binding agreement, and located in a country currently supported by the Platform. An opportunity may impose additional eligibility requirements, such as residence, age, device type or customer status, which must be displayed before participation.

Provide accurate registration information and keep your contact and payment details current. You must not register using another person’s identity, documents, mobile money account or credentials.

Each person may maintain one personal account unless we expressly authorise another arrangement. Accounts may not be sold, rented, transferred or shared. Different eligible people may use a shared household connection; a shared address or network alone does not establish misconduct.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. We will investigate account-security reports and remain responsible for our own security failures as required by law.

## 1.3 What the Platform provides

The Platform may offer surveys, research polls, videos, application or game offers, permitted promotional activities, administrator-created tasks and third-party opportunities. Availability varies by location, eligibility, campaign capacity and provider demand.

Participation does not establish employment, agency or a partnership with us. We do not promise a salary, a particular daily income, continuous work or a minimum number of opportunities. Earnings illustrations must state their assumptions and are not guarantees.

The reward account records promotional credits and amounts earned through approved activity. It is not offered as a deposit account, investment product or interest-bearing savings service. These descriptions do not remove rights attached to earned rewards or any regulatory obligations that apply to the actual service.

## 1.4 Opportunity conditions

Before you begin an opportunity, its listing must explain the required action, eligibility, reward, deadline, evidence requirements, expected validation period and any purchase or subscription required by the provider. Do not proceed if material conditions are missing; request clarification through support.

An opportunity is completed only when its disclosed requirements are satisfied. Opening a link, starting an installation, watching part of a video or submitting an incomplete response may not qualify. Survey disqualification does not earn a completion reward unless the listing specifically offers one.

Answer surveys truthfully and give your own views. You may decline a question or leave a survey. If that prevents completion, a completion reward may not become payable. Any separate participation payment expressly offered remains subject to its disclosed rules.

We will not retroactively introduce additional qualifying actions for an opportunity already started. Where a material listing error occurs, we will explain the issue and provide a fair resolution, taking account of work already performed and applicable rights.

## 1.5 Reward status and records

The Platform distinguishes pending rewards awaiting verification, approved rewards available under the applicable withdrawal rules, amounts allocated to an outstanding withdrawal, paid rewards and reversed entries.

Only approved and available rewards count toward a withdrawal. Pending credits are estimates until validation is completed. A provider tracking event is evidence of activity, but may require reconciliation with the opportunity conditions.

Reward changes must be recorded in transaction history with a date, amount and understandable reason. Corrections should appear as adjustment entries so that the history remains traceable. Contact support if a displayed balance or transaction appears incorrect.

## 1.6 Signup and referral promotions

Signup and referral rewards apply only when an active promotion is displayed. The published promotion must state its amount, availability dates, verification requirements, qualifying conditions and whether the reward is immediately withdrawable or restricted until specified conditions are met.

A referral link click or account registration alone does not establish a successful referral. The referred person must be a genuinely new eligible member and satisfy the qualifying event stated in the promotion, such as completing a first approved task. Self-referrals, fictitious accounts, duplicate registrations and coordinated fraudulent activity do not qualify.

Promotion changes apply prospectively. Conditions applicable when a qualifying referral or signup occurred must remain accessible for disputes. A member is not automatically responsible for unrelated misconduct by a referred person.

Promotional amounts must not be advertised as instantly withdrawable cash when additional conditions apply. Restricted promotional balances must be clearly distinguished from approved task earnings.

## 1.7 Third-party offers and tracking

Some opportunities are operated by independent survey companies, advertisers or other providers. Before leaving the Platform or disclosing information to a provider, review the provider’s identity, terms, privacy notice and any charge or renewal conditions.

Providers may use referral identifiers, cookies, completion reports or server notifications to verify activity. Browser settings, blocked tracking, switching devices or incomplete provider steps may prevent automatic attribution. Relevant technical requirements must be disclosed before participation.

If tracking fails, you may request a review using the offer name, participation date, transaction reference and appropriate evidence. Do not send passwords, payment PINs, one-time codes or unnecessary personal documents. We will assess reasonably available evidence and seek provider clarification where necessary.

Provider rejection does not remove our responsibility to investigate a complaint or honour our own commitments. We are not responsible for independent services beyond our control except to the extent required by law or arising from our own conduct.

## 1.8 Withdrawals

Withdrawal methods, minimum amounts, fees, limits, processing estimates and verification requirements must be displayed before you request payment. The request screen must show the gross amount, deductions and expected net payment. No undisclosed release or activation fee may be imposed afterward.

Submit accurate payment details for an account you are authorised to use. We may require the payment beneficiary to match your verified identity. If an alternative arrangement is allowed, its evidence requirements will be explained before payment.

We may temporarily hold a withdrawal to investigate a specific security concern, disputed reward, duplicate payment or legal restriction. We will explain the reason and next steps unless prohibited by law or doing so would undermine a legitimate investigation. Holds must be proportionate and reviewed; they must not be used to postpone valid payments indefinitely.

A failed or rejected transfer will be investigated and the reserved balance restored when the payment is confirmed unsuccessful, subject to any legitimate dispute over the underlying reward. For completed transfers to incorrectly supplied details, recovery depends on the payment provider; we will provide reasonable assistance without guaranteeing recovery.

You will never be required to recruit more members, buy premium membership or make a deposit merely to release otherwise eligible approved task earnings.

## 1.9 Identity and security verification

We may request verification where reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility, protect an account, prevent duplicate or fraudulent payments, or satisfy an applicable legal or payment-provider requirement. We do not represent that every member is legally required to undergo the same checks.

Before collecting verification information, we will explain the purpose, required data, provider involved, secure submission method and consequences of declining. We will seek proportionate evidence and consider reasonable alternatives where appropriate.

Declining a necessary check may prevent a particular withdrawal or feature. It does not by itself prove fraud or automatically justify forfeiture of unrelated rewards. You may request a review of a verification decision.

## 1.10 Premium membership

Premium membership is optional. Before payment, the plan description must state its price, taxes, duration, included benefits, exclusions, renewal basis, cancellation method and refund terms.

Premium benefits may include access to designated opportunities, a membership badge or a clearly described service priority. A badge indicates membership status only. Premium does not guarantee survey eligibility, earnings, approval of a disputed reward or payment ahead of a required security review.

Automatic renewal is permitted only after an explicit recurring-payment authorisation describing the amount or calculation method and billing interval. A one-time purchase must not silently become a subscription. Material price changes require advance notice and any consent required by law.

Cancelling renewal prevents future scheduled charges once cancellation takes effect. Access normally continues for the paid period unless a refund or another lawful arrangement applies. The separate Withdrawals, Premium Cancellation and Refund Policy explains remedies.

## 1.11 Acceptable use

You must not falsify identity or completion evidence; manipulate survey responses; exploit a defect to create credits; interfere with another account; distribute malware; harass others; infringe intellectual property; or use the Platform for unlawful activity.

Bots, scripts, automated responses and coordinated activity intended to simulate genuine participation are prohibited unless the specific opportunity expressly permits automation. Accessibility tools used for genuine participation are not prohibited merely because they assist a user.

Do not misrepresent your location or evade eligibility checks through proxies, VPNs or other methods. Ordinary use of privacy tools is not, by itself, conclusive proof of fraud, although some providers may disclose technical restrictions on their offers.

Promotional tasks must comply with the relevant service’s rules. Tasks must not require fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, prohibited artificial engagement, spam or undisclosed paid endorsements. You may report an improper task without losing unrelated approved earnings.

Referral promotion must be accurate and permission-based. Do not make guaranteed-income claims, impersonate us, or send unsolicited bulk messages.

## 1.12 Polls and public content

Platform polls are voluntary participation polls unless a different methodology is expressly explained. Their results must not be represented as official election results or statistically representative public opinion without a valid basis.

We will not condition a political-poll reward on support for a particular party, candidate or position. Eligibility and quality checks must be viewpoint-neutral. Public result displays must not expose your account, identity or individual vote unless you separately and knowingly choose to publish that information.

You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate the feature you used, administer the service and meet legal obligations. This permission does not authorise unrelated advertising use of your identity or override the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit confidential information belonging to another person. We may remove unlawful or abusive public content and explain the decision where appropriate.

## 1.13 Investigations, adjustments and appeals

We may investigate a reasonably supported concern and restrict affected features while doing so. We will distinguish suspected activity from established misconduct and avoid restricting unrelated balances where practicable.

A reward may be reversed for an evidenced duplicate credit, accounting error, invalid completion or breach directly connected to that reward. We will identify the affected entry and explain the reason, subject to lawful confidentiality restrictions. A provider’s failure to pay us does not, by itself, cancel your approved reward.

You may appeal a suspension, reward reversal or rejected withdrawal through support. Provide relevant facts and evidence. Where an automated flag materially contributed to the outcome, you may request human review. Where practicable, an appeal should be reviewed by someone other than the original decision-maker.

Our service target is to acknowledge complaints within five business days and provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days. If more time is reasonably required, we will explain why and provide an update. Shorter mandatory legal deadlines take priority. These targets do not restrict your external remedies.

## 1.14 Account closure, inactivity and discontinuation

You may request account closure through the published account or support process. We will explain how outstanding withdrawals, disputes and subscriptions will be handled. Closure does not automatically extinguish valid payment obligations, and retained personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, a legal requirement or a serious security concern. Where practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct a remediable issue. Immediate restrictions may be necessary to protect users or comply with law.

Approved task earnings do not expire merely because you stop using the Platform. Time-limited promotional credits may expire only where the expiry was clearly disclosed before you earned them and the rule is lawful. If we discontinue the service, we will provide reasonable notice and a practical process for settling valid approved balances, including balances below the ordinary withdrawal minimum.

## 1.15 Intellectual property

Our branding, software, original website content and designs are owned by us or our licensors. We grant a limited, revocable permission to use the Platform for its intended purposes. You may not copy, resell or exploit protected materials without permission, except where law permits. This does not prevent legitimate screenshots or recordkeeping for your own transactions, complaints or legal rights.

## 1.16 Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free third-party systems. Maintenance, outages and external payment failures may cause delays. We will take reasonable steps to address issues within our control.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for speculative earnings, business opportunities or indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, or our obligation to pay valid approved rewards and applicable refunds.

## 1.17 Taxes and charges

You are responsible for determining whether your rewards create personal tax or reporting obligations. Where we are legally required to withhold or report amounts, we will do so and provide relevant records where required. We do not describe all rewards as tax-free. Platform charges must be disclosed; separate network or data charges depend on your service provider.

## 1.18 Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these Terms for changes to the service, security needs or legal requirements. Material changes will ordinarily be notified at least 14 days before taking effect, except where a shorter period is reasonably necessary for legal or urgent security reasons. Additional consent will be obtained where required.

We will now omit the rest here for brevity; the full policy file is included in the created public/policies.md on disk.
