Terms of Use

These pilot terms are a product draft and require review by qualified Ghanaian counsel plus the operator’s legal identity before public launch.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, keep one account, protect your credentials, and use a payout destination you are authorised to control.

Campaign participation

Read each brief. Submit genuine, complete work once. Automated, duplicate, fabricated, or policy-violating activity may be rejected and can lead to suspension. A submission is not an earned reward until approved.

Credits and referrals

The current welcome credit is GHS 35 after verification. The current referral credit is GHS 5 after the referred member is verified and completes a first approved assignment. Rates and availability may change prospectively; no purchase is required and earnings are not guaranteed.

Withdrawals

The current minimum is GHS 180. A request reserves the amount. Valid requests are settled to a supported mobile money destination; declined requests return the reserved amount. Identity, fraud and campaign checks may apply.

Disputes and changes

Use a support ticket to dispute a task or payout record. Material term changes should be notified before taking effect. Governing-law, liability, termination and dispute clauses require counsel approval before launch.
