Trust and safety

Controls members can understand

InboxRewards is designed around clear expectations: know who is running a campaign, what it requires, what it pays, and how each decision is recorded.

Account protection

Passwords are hashed, sessions are signed and revocable, login attempts are rate-limited, and password reset links expire after one use.

Reward integrity

Assignment status, evidence, tracer IDs, and wallet transactions are connected. Idempotency keys prevent the same event being credited twice.

Payout integrity

Cash-out reserves funds atomically. Operations records a provider reference for paid requests or returns the full reserve when a request is declined.

Campaign standards

Briefs disclose sponsor, expected time, reward, eligibility, and terms. Deceptive, copied, or policy-violating engagement is not accepted.

Human support

Questions become support tickets with a visible status and operator note, creating a clear route for account, task, and payout issues.

Honest limitations

Availability depends on sponsor demand and eligibility. No task volume, income, approval, or payout timing is guaranteed.

How collaboration works

Better research starts with clear participation.

Sponsors define a brief, members provide genuine responses, and the platform keeps the review and reward trail understandable for everyone.

For membersReview the brief before committing time and keep your tracer ID for support.

For sponsorsReceive structured feedback from an eligible, consented audience.

For operationsApply consistent review and payout controls.

For everyoneUse transparent records instead of unclear promises.
